i got my teeth cleaned one time here, and was supposed to get referred to an oral surgeon and come back to get another cleaning, i got into a car accident before my second teeth cleaning appointment and tried to reach out leaving voicemails, with no one returning my calls. I never received any follow up regarding my oral surgeon. I even had my orthodontist reach out and they claim they have no records of me!

Have you ever had a tough day that got better after going to the Dentist ? True Professionals that have a way of always making you feel better about being at the dentist. I wish I had Found them years ago. Never a lecture, always a suggestion. Exactly what I needed.

Dr. Abolverdi Is so kind and professional he made my experience so amazing! I am usually scared to death of the dentist but I would recommend him to everyone. I had a root canal and he did such a great job and made me feel so comfortable and relaxed! The office receptionists and dental assistances are are so helpful and nice and knowledgeable!! Love love love them all

Worst dental experience I’ve EVER experienced! Wouldn’t recommend anyone !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Wasn’t even welcomed was told “oh you’re late” which was 7 minutes past 8am which was my appointment time ! Rora or Auroa however you spell it was the the one I dealt which who I believe must be the doctors wife because why the hell would you keep a rude employee with NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS!!! When I went back to see DR. The hygienist Alex was so sweet and very professional! Fast forward to DR coming in to exam, when discussing about my procedure that needed be done I had to ask him to lower his voice was basically telling everyone in the office what I was getting done...... RUDE! Now it was time for Auroa/rora to come in and discuss “prices” I informed Alex the Hygienist I do not want to speak with that woman! Wanted to charge a 650$ lab fee 🤣🤣🤣 on top of 260$ for procedure! Sound like a real scamming dental office! Highly recommend doing your research ended up finding a dental office on my insurance plan (yes because I called to complain!!) found a Dental office that makes my Dentaphobia at ease ! And NO LAB FEE !!

I’ve been going to Prairie Dental since my college years. Going to the dentist is intimidating for most but Dr. Abolverdi is wonderful and always takes the best care of his patients and to top it off, he’s hilarious. I highly recommend him to friends and family!
